What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

 

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Cards, Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal. We also accept store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

 

 

How Long After I Place My Order Will It Ship?

 

 

Orders will be processed withing 48 hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). Free shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days.

 

 

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

 

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

 

 

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

 

How Do I Return/Exchange?

 

 

Swimwear, Sale Items, Accessories and Handmade Items are FINAL SALE. These items CAN NOT be returned and/or exchanged.

 

 

Clothing & accessories may be returned for full refund (price of items minus shipping) within 10 days of delivery. A Bundle of Joy Boutique will not accept any returns after 10 days. Items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, swimsuits, or accessories. Returns will only be accepted with original sales receipt or packing slip. Any items without original sales receipt or packing slip will receive store credit for the price of merchandise at time of return (minus shipping cost). All returns are subject to verification of original sale and we reserve the right to limit returns.

 

 

If an item is received defective we must be notified in writing within 2 days by email at  info@abundleofjoyboutique.com. If not reported we will not issue credit or replacement. The email should include a written description of the defect and a picture of the item. Any defects that are determined to be from normal wear will not be accommodated.

 

 

*Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee will be accessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

 

 

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

 

 

On occasion an item you have ordered may become unavailable. These cases are very unlikely. However, if an item in your order is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

 

 

What Happens If I Forget to Use a Discount Code?

 

 

Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount.
