Returns Policy

A Bundle of Joy Boutique has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Unfortunately, swimwear, sale items, accessories and handmade items are FINAL SALE. These items CAN NOT be returned and/or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition your received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. A Bundle of Joy Boutique is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail.

 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at info@abundleofjoyboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on swimwear, sale items, accessories and handmade items as they are FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, we cannot except return of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any items without original sales receipt or packing slip will receive store credit for the price of merchandise at time of return (minus shipping cost). All returns are subject to verification of original sale and we reserve the right to limit returns.
